This observatory was established to console and soothe displace people. In an exhibition hall at the observatory, a variety of North Korea household items and military equipment are displayed. On the fence in front of the barbed wire fence, visitors have tied a medley of ribbons of various colors in hopes of national unification.

* Plese take note of the cancellation charge. 50% of fee is charged if reservation is cancelled one day
before the tour and 100% is charged if cencelled on the day of the tour.

【Notice】
1. You must come to the tour desk 20 minutes before the departure time.
2. You must have your passport with you on the tour (Koreans need their ID card).
3. No drinking of alcohol before the tour.
4. You must follow the instructions of your tour guide while on the tour.
5. There is no special dress code.
6. As this is a special military site that can undergo sudden schedule changes or cancellations, please be sure to reconfirm your reservation the day before the tour.
